Spa Policies:
Cancellation/No Show Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation/no show fee to the card on file.
Massage Session Termination Policy: The client or practitioner may end the massage session at any time, for any reason. Clients are encouraged to communicate immediately if they experience discomfort, pain, or feel uncomfortable for any reason. The practitioner may also discontinue the session if they determine that continuing treatment is inappropriate, unsafe, or outside their professional scope. Inappropriate, disrespectful, or sexually suggestive behavior will result in immediate termination and full payment of the session.
